Exclusive：英アームＩＰＯ、仮条件の上限引き上げ検討需要旺盛で ... - ロイター (Reuters Japan)

［ニューヨーク　１０日　ロイター］ - ソフトバンクグループ(9984.T)傘下の英半導体設計大手アームは米ナスダック市場での新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）について、公開価格を仮条件の上限とするのに十分な需要に近づいており、レンジを引き上げることを検討している。関係者が１０日に明らかにした。

投資家からの旺盛な需要を受けて、ＩＰＯ価格が決定される１３日までに仮条件を米国預託株式（ＡＤＳ）１株当たり４７─５１ドルの上限とするかそれ以上に引き上げる可能性があるという。

現在の仮条件に基づく評価額は４８０億─５２０億ドル。アームは従業員への報酬として株式を発行する可能性もあり、完全希薄化後の評価額は最大５４５億ドルになる予定だった。もっと見る

また関係者によると、仮条件のレンジはそのまま維持し、１３日に公開価格を上限以上に引き上げることも検討している。ただ、ソフトバンクＧはＩＰＯ後もアームの普通株式９０．６％を保有する考えで、売り出し株数は引き上げない見通しという。

ある関係者は、１１日にも投資家から大規模な注文が予想されており、引き上げを巡る決定は今後２日以内に行われると話した。ただ、こうした注文は最終的に変更される可能性もあるという。

ソフトバンクＧとアームからコメントは得られていない。

今回のＩＰＯでは、アームの主要顧客である米アップル(AAPL.O)、エヌビディア(NVDA.O)、アルファベット(GOOGL.O)、アドバンスト・マイクロ・デバイセズ（ＡＭＤ）(AMD.O)、インテル(INTC.O)、韓国サムスン電子(005930.KS)などがコーナーストーン投資家として株式を取得する見通し。
